2. i went through a period of a little over 3 years that i was
haunted by this song. it was produced and released in 1993 and i would hear it on the radio
all the time from 2007-2010. i would put my ipod on shuffle and this song would play multiple times... sometimes in a row. i love this song. it's powerful and the lyrics are deep. adam duritz is insane and brilliant. i especially love him because once when blender magazine asked him "what would your exes say about you?" his response was "they would tell you; that boy loves to eat pussy... and i'm damn good at it." gah.
1. this song is about me. T bought the CD about 9 months ago and made me listen to this track driving home from a dinner date one night and it gave me the chills. especially "your comebacks they're quick and probably have to do with your insecurities." these lyrics brought me back down to earth. <3.
